Aplus Pacific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining optimal inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, inventory management, and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and production targets.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely availability of materials, components, and finished goods.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the production process.,Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and inventory data.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure they understand and adhere to production planning and inventory control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control systems and software.,Proven experience in improving production efficiency and reducing costs.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, is a plus.
