• Oversee the planning, execution, and control of supply chain operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Leverage advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation, to drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize industry-leading software such as SAP, JDA, or similar for supply chain planning and execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and drive continuous learning and development within the team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in supply chain operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in driving operational excellence.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
