📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, and Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug PLC programs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Document PLC programs and provide technical support to end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and industry best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on PLC programming.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality automation solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor automation solutions accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PLC programming and automation systems.
• Certifications in Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or Allen-Bradley PLCs are a plus.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
