CNC Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring machine performance, scheduling production runs, and implementing quality control measures. You will work closely with engineers and production managers to optimize our CNC machining processes, ensuring we meet our customers' tight tolerances and deadlines. With a focus on safety and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in maintaining a productive and efficient workshop environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily CNC machining operations, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor machine performance, identifying and addressing any issues to maintain productivity.
• Schedule and manage production runs, coordinating with the production team to meet deadlines.
• Implement quality control measures, including inspections and testing, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Train and mentor CNC operators, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers and production managers to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of CNC operators.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine tools, programming, and maintenance.
• Certification in ISO 9001 quality management systems or a similar quality standard is a plus.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Mastercam.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train team members.
