📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service.
Support marketing initiatives, including promotions, events, and customer engagement strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
Utilize data analytics tools such as Salesforce and SAP to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in leadership development activities, including workshops, mentoring sessions, and coaching.
Contribute to the creation of training materials and best practices for the retail team.
Assist in the development and implementation of retail policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in retail, consumer goods, or related industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
