📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to increase brand presence in shopping centers, malls, and department stores.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales and marketing teams.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns in retail environments.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient product distribution to retail partners.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team on market trends and retail performance.
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated on the latest retail trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, channel development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in retail environments.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to travel frequently across Indonesia.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
