📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of the hospital, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hospital performance.
- Manage staff schedules, including nurses, doctors, and support staff.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hospital facilities and equipment.
- Ensure that all healthcare documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations or a related field.
- Certification in Healthcare Management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with healthcare software and systems, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
