As a Junior Design Assistant, you will be part of a team that develops and produces cutting-edge fashion designs. You will work closely with senior designers, pattern makers, and production teams to bring designs to life. This role offers a fantastic chance to learn from industry experts, gain hands-on experience with industry-standard software, and contribute to the creation of stylish, high-quality garments.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior designers in developing new fashion collections by creating sketches, patterns, and samples.
• Work with pattern makers to translate designs into accurate patterns using industry-standard software like Gerber Accumark or Optitex.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are accurately translated into finished garments.
• Conduct fabric and colorway research to inform design decisions.
• Assist in the development of technical specifications and work instructions for production.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on design concepts.
• Maintain and organize design files and documentation.
• Support the team in achieving production targets and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in fashion design or a related field.
• Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar.
• Familiarity with pattern making software like Gerber Accumark or Optitex is a plus.
• Strong understanding of textile materials, construction, and garment manufacturing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
