🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software like MS Project and Primavera.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
