In this role, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for conducting regular risk assessments, monitoring risk indicators, and preparing comprehensive risk reports. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with experience in using tools like Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Risk Management Software. You will need to be proficient in Indonesian and English, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures in collaboration with senior management.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor risk indicators.
• Prepare comprehensive risk reports and present findings to the board of directors.
• Identify and assess operational risks across various departments.
• Mitigate risks through the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide risk management training and awareness programs to employees.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational risk management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with risk management tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Risk Management Software.
• Certification in Risk Management (e.g., CERA, CISM) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
