Our client, a leading agribusiness operator in Bali, is seeking a General Manager Mill Controller to oversee and enhance the efficiency of their palm oil processing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the entire palm oil processing workflow, from raw material procurement to finished product distribution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, implement quality control measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. With your expertise in SAP MM, you will leverage data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize production processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the entire palm oil processing workflow, ensuring efficient and timely production of CPO and PK.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Leverage SAP MM to analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and optimize raw material procurement, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and meet production targets.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the mill's performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the mill's productivity, profitability, and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in palm oil mill operations, with a proven track record in optimizing CPO and PK production.
• Strong understanding of palm oil processing technology, including milling, pressing, and refining processes.
• Proven expertise in SAP MM for production planning, inventory management, and data analysis.
• Certification in ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality management systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and best practices.
• Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
