📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and reporting on compliance-related issues and risks.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the mobile services industry and regulatory landscape.
• Collaborating with legal and other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to compliance.
• Ensuring that all operations adhere to the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
• Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on compliance status and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the mobile services industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and international regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws, consumer rights, and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant compliance management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in compliance management (e.g., CIPM, CIPP/E, or CIPP/A) is a plus.
