📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist students in the enrolment process for various study programs.,Handle visa applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.,Provide information and guidance to students regarding study options and requirements.,Coordinate with universities and educational institutions to facilitate smooth enrolment processes.,Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow-up on pending matters.,Assist in organizing and participating in student orientation programs.,Provide excellent customer service to students and address their queries promptly.,Stay updated with the latest regulations and requirements for student visas and enrolment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Proven experience as a study consultant or in a related role.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with visa application processes and educational institutions in Indonesia.,Organized and detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills.,Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
