📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for our clients' needs.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and clients to ensure a steady flow of quality applicants.,Collaborating with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.,Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and progress to the recruitment manager.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment processes and systems.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in Bali.,Strong understanding of the IT industry and the ability to identify and attract top talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
