📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the contract manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of production and quality control personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of products.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.,Collaborate with the procurement team to source and manage raw materials and components.,Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing or a similar role in a high-tech production environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence.,Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.,Familiarity with high-tech manufacturing processes and quality standards is a plus.
