In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shopping area.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle cash and other payments securely.,Assist with the setup and breakdown of the shop for events or special occasions.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Customer-focused mindset and a passion for retail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.
