📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source and screen potential candidates to identify the best fit for our organization,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs,Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role,Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume, high-caliber positions,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
