📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by implementing and maintaining standardized procedures.,Mentor and train junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement new testing protocols and procedures.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.,Conduct quality audits and troubleshoot any issues that arise in the laboratory.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and GLP guidelines.,Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as laboratory science, biology, chemistry, or a similar discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and GLP guidelines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
