📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement account management strategies to drive sales and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional activities.,Identify new business opportunities and propose strategies to capture them.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales in the FMCG or tea industry.,Strong understanding of the tea market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and tools.,Ability to travel frequently to client locations.
