📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with front desk operations, including reservations and room assignments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
