📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with the HR Manager.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related documents.,Conduct employee training and development programs as needed.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a garment manufacturing or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Valid work permit for Bali is required.
