PT. Upscale Digital Indonesia (Upscale House Project) is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist & Employee Branding professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and employee branding. If you are passionate about creating a positive work environment and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Develop and implement employee branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation and attract top talent.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure HR policies are followed and implemented.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business objectives.,Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience in employee branding and corporate social responsibility initiatives is a plus.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management software is a plus.
