📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe vehicle usage.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to optimize costs and vehicle performance.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly fleet reports for management.
  • Provide support to the operations team as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and tools is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is required.
