📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses.
  • Track vehicle usage and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.
  • Generate and maintain fleet reports and records.
  • Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
