CAST Jaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Learning Development to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of learning programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for continuous learning and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Oversee the delivery of training programs and workshops, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, making adjustments as necessary.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees in their professional development.,Work closely with the HR team to integrate learning and development initiatives with other HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR and learning management systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
