📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate distribution activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies to meet sales targets and customer demands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution performance and address any issues.
  • Prepare and analyze distribution reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the distribution team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and distribution.
  • Proven track record in managing and coordinating distribution activities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel frequently to various locations.
