📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and services,Manage front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and room assignments,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures,Perform other related duties as assigned

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles in the hospitality industry,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages,Good knowledge of computer systems and software,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,High school diploma or equivalent
