In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a deep understanding of financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage the accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide training and guidance.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
