📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve operational goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
