As a Junior Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Monitor the performance of the fleet, including fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and driver behavior.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to resolve any issues or concerns.,Maintain accurate records of fleet operations and generate reports as required.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other fleet staff.,Provide support to the fleet manager in achieving operational and financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
