📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage fleet operations to ensure efficient and safe transportation.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet activities, including maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and safety standards.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet maintenance and repair activities.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and reliable transportation services.,Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in managing the fleet budget and expenses.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
