📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Monitor network performance and ensure data security.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.,Train and support end-users on IT systems and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
